How did you guys feel after surgery, I'm going to my first appointment next month and I am nervous

For me it was a breeze! I mean I was sore for the first 3 days, but the more I got up and moved around the better I started feel very quickly. Walk, walk, walk. I started walking about 30 mins a day about 2 weeks before my surgery and that may have helped me some.

I had no complications. I was a little weak and tired but that was it. I only took meds in the hospital for pain, but I wasn't really in pain, only getting up and down from the incision sites. I just wanted to sleep.This is the best thing that I have done for me! And now I'm reapin the benefits! Yayyyyyyyy! Congrats, have the surgery and just move forward to your own skinniness!

I am 15 days sleeved and I am feeling great! The pain wasn't bad at all! There were a few bumps in the road like nausea from the anesthesia but it was only for a day! NO worries, you can do it!
