Socketpinch 15 Posted September 26, 2012 I'm 6 days out and went back to work yesterday and woke up this morning very weak. Starting Protein Shakes today to hopefully that will help. Anyone else feeling really weak? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
DottieS 1 Posted September 26, 2012 I'm 8 days out and went back on Monday. Was so tired that I went to see my GP for a B-12 shot for a burst of energy. To put it mildly, she was FURIOUS that I had returned to work so soon. She reminded me that I had just gone through major abdominal surgery and that the body needs time to heal. Ready4success 380 Posted September 26, 2012 In the beginning, I noticed that on days I didn't drink enough, I was the weakest. Still, when I'm feeling weak, I just make it a fluids only day with G2 low cal Gatorade, broths, sf popsicles, and Protein Shakes. By the next day, I'm usually feeling a lot better. slojo 150 Posted September 26, 2012 I am 4 wks out and still have weak days every now and then and i've noticed its on days I don't quite get my fluids in. I'll feel dizzy and have a slight h/a when i stand up and walk. If i increase my fluids it passes. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
