Issues With Chocolate?

I thought my stomach just didn't like the boost chocolate Protein Drink, so I switched and bought the eas advantage chocolate and strawberry cream to replace it. I tolerated the strawberry fine although I didn't like it very much, so I tried the chocolate one and i was sick as a dog. I didn't throw up but I had the worst feelings in my stomach and the feeling of having to have a bowel movement. (Sorry if this is tmi) but after having a small bm and laid down for 5mins I felt fine I felt better

My doctor told me that if I'm not tolerating a food to give it a couple of months before trying it again.
