My Friend Died Last Night - Complications Of Sleep Apnea

I'm sorry to hear about friend.... I suffered from sleep apnea before my surgery....it's actually one of the reasons I decided to have the surgery..... It freaked me out..... Multiple times, I choke during my sleep and my husband wakes me up, or during dreaming, I'm out of breath and I have to force myself to wake up to get air... other times when I'm dozing off, I can feel my breath slipping away from me as I fall asleep..... u can't imagine how terrifying that was for me..... I was afraid to go to sleep and when I did, I put 4 or 5 pillows under my head, so I wouldn't choke to death.....I can't tell u how relieved I am when all that went away after I lost some of the weight.....good luck everyone...
