desertmom 297 Posted September 24, 2012 Hi,I am doing reformer pilates and have done mat before and it is the best toning one can do.As I do it 2 or 3 times a week others started noticing a change in about 3 to 4 weeks.People started commenting on that I look "a lot skinnier" when in fact I havent lost an ounce in over a month.
