pink grace 31 Posted September 24, 2012 hi, my op is on the 9th and today I have started the 800 Cal low fat, low Carb, moderate Protein diet, and am so ready to get on with it. after waiting 18 months I am so happy to be just two weeks away. I am having fun getting things together to take into the hospital and have two sets of pjs depending on what size I will be in two weeks, hoping to be into the new smaller size, but prepared to take in the bigger older ones, knowing I should be into the smaller ones soon. Want to wish every one on the diet, or starting the diet soon, best wishes and to all who are having their sleeve in Oct prayers for a suscessful operation with minimal pain and a quick recovery with no complications, for us all, Janet. :-). xx
bethxxx 304 Posted September 24, 2012 Hi Janet, I'm starting my diet on the 1st October and my surgery is on the 22nd. Mine consists of 3 shakes a day and veggies and salad in between. 18 months is a long time to wait, I only booked mine about 2 weeks ago but I went for my first appointment in April. Haha hope you fit into the smaller pjs! I have bought a dress that I want to wear when I reach my goal, but I guess I'll need a range of sizes for in the meantime. Good luck with everything x 1 pink grace reacted to this
