Queen In Me 36 Posted September 24, 2012 I haven't had surgery yet, but I've read alot of different postings about individuals having trouble with loose skin after weight loss and this is a huge concern of mine. I've heard that body wraps can help with contouring and firming the skin, and I just wanted to see if anyone has tried body wraps for weight loss and skin firming? How did it work and how off then did you get them? And did you notice a change?

Izuri 428 Posted September 24, 2012 I would definitely be interested in information about this too. So far I'm trying a dry skin brush and ab workouts. We'll see how it goes.
Queen In Me 36 Posted September 27, 2012 Hmm...Well I think I am going to try a few sessions prior to surgery and see if it helps any and I will give an update! I would still love to hear some feed back from anyone who has had some type of body wraps or skin scrub done...
bubles089 35 Posted September 27, 2012 I'm only a month out but I bathe my body in biooil at least twice a day. Also as soon as I'm released I'm going to do lots of weights and start yoga in a month or so. My friend had vsg 3 yrs ago and she said lifting and working on her Abs made a HUGE difference! She is in her mid 50s and did have a small Tummy Tuck but was told it would have been a lot more if she hasn't worked hard on her abs. I would love to know about the wraps because my stomach and chest is going to be my biggest issue. I'm only 27 but my boobs r already beyond saggy
