wanna-be-skinny 0 Posted September 22, 2012 Nov 2012 it will be 1 year since my surgery. Lately I feel so hungry. I have been stalled at my current weight for some time. I have aslo fallen into eating some sweets. I am concerned i may have stretched my sleeve. For the longest time I never felt hungry. Now I do. Im not sure if its actual hunger or head hunger. I know im not really good at getting all my Water in and maybe get 60-70 grams of Protein each day. Its difficult to eat low carb, high protein, low sugar and calories... Im lost for what to eat anymore. I need help from you all. How many calories do you eat each day? What things do you eat and how much? How do you feel with hunger. I need to start working out and im not sure where to begin. I tend to be up about19 hrs a day so I have a lot of time to think about food. cherrybombknits 184 Posted September 24, 2012 It sounds like you know what your opportunities are. Take charge of your eating and change what you need to change. Checking in with your surgeon couldn't hurt either.
