There great and the powder is good as well. Unlike some Protein Powder mixs don't taste like they do all ready mixed. But this taste just like the powder mix. Sorry talk to much..

I buy them at Walmart. They are really going to save me during the liquid diet. Inexpensive and tasty. The only thing I don't like is they don't seem to keep me full very long.
