Yeah..we are April sleevers! I had mine April 3rd at Vanderbilt. So far I have lost 108# but my BMi was 54 to start..it's 39 now... Doing very well so far..how about you?

My BMI is 34 now. You have done a wondeful job. The last couple trips yo Jackson we stopped at Casey Jones. I love that place. How can you resist it? Of course I cant hold much noe but their greens and pickles are to die for

Thank you...I try! LOL...it's not hard for me...it's always available! And it doesn't hurt that my healthy hubby and daughter really don't like it...so I cook a lot from home...I loved loved their cracklin' cornbread...now I can't/won't eat it.I have to say though...how do you resist Corky's BBQ!!! We used to have that here, but it closed! And lucky you...you have a Whole Foods I have to travel 1 1/2 hours to get there!

I love the crackling cornbread. Corkys is ok not my favorite. What do you purchase at whole foods.I tried the Protein Shakes did not care for it kind of pricey.
