Now they're building one in my town, and it doesn't even bother me.

Fiddleman 4,376 Posted September 22, 2012 I have been fortunate and have not had any cravings since surgery almost 3 months ago. If you can make it 3 weeks, that usually gives you enough time to solidify a new habit. It is kind of strange for myself. I used to be a big apple fritter and old fashion donut eater before surgery and the I lost all cravings after surgery. I think the preop diet helped a bit to get the sugar and fat cravings out of the system. I eat very basic now and have lost about 90 lbs. keep holding on a bit longer despite the cravings. It is totally life changing to not have food controlling your life any longer.

I haven't missed them since preop shakes started 8/21 (surgery 9/4).
