I'm so excited I just heard that my surgery was approved this week. Any suggestions on the liquid fast? I have to be on liquids a week before my surgery 'Nov 06'

only a week? i have to do 2 weeks!!! the dr should give you some things you can have... high Protein and low carbs... slimfast has a low carb version for a quick an easy "take with" ... I was told to get carbmaster yogurt from Kroger and a list of other things like sugar free popsicles

I just got approved last week and fingers crossed they said i will be sleeved in november
