Ijam75 102 Posted September 21, 2012 Has anyone gone back to liquids/shakes only, in an attempt to break a stall or pick up the speed of ur loss? If so, outcome? My stats are below... last 6 weeks have been brutally slow and feel like I'm sitting still at a critical time. I am getting plenty of exercise and eating right, tons of Water, just wondering about shaking up (pun intended) my diet a little more. Sent from my mobile productivity killer.
