I put Laughing Cow in everything! I mash up imitation crab meat and then mash in a wedge (I use all the flavors at one point or another) of Garlic & Herb and that's lunch folks! :) I make scrambled egg whites with a little bit of turkey bacon bits in it then mix in a Laughing Cow wedge. So creamy & yummy!!

Anybody try to melt it into a Soup? I bought the Better Than Bouillon Lobster Base and was wondering how Laughing Cow melts ( I haven't tried it yet) ----

Love Better Than Bouillon too! :) I haven't really tried to get it into liquid form/melt it. I think it would have to be very hot and you would probably have to still mash it or whisk it a little. I would be willing to try it. Good luck!

I just yesterday cooked homemade zucchini soup-cream with laughing cow cheese. and It is delicious. and low calories as well ( I used the light version)

It melted pretty good but I use the blender to make soup creamy after that anyway.

It is a cheese spread, kind of like cream cheese, which Laughing Cow makes as well. It is made with real milk.

Day 1 of pre-op liquid diet (3 weeks) and I'm having a hard time already. I feel hungry and just want to eat. I got the protein and supplements recommend by my program and having a hard time getting 1 down. My doctor / nutritionist has me on the following:
1 protein shake (bariatric advantage chocolate) with 8 oz of fat free milk 1 snack = 1 unjury protein shake (root beer) 1 protein shake (bariatric advantage orange cream) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein bar 1 protein shake (bariatric advantace orange cream or chocolate) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein soup (chicken) 3 servings of sugar free jello and popsicles throughout the day. 64 oz of water (I have flavor packets). Hot tea and coffee with splenda has been approved as well. Does anyone recommend anything for the next 3 weeks?

I have my final approval from my insurance, only thing holding up things is one last x-ray needed, which I have scheduled for the fourth of next month, which is my birthday.
