I can't believe how much I've lost - although I know most of it is Water weight. I'm going to the gym every other day and struggling to drink enough. At this rate I should be down 40 lbs before surgery :"wink..

Congrats! I started my pre-surgery diet on 9/12 and have only lost 10lbs. I have 5 more days til surgery! Good luck!

I started in the 16th and only down 3 1/2 not cheated once :( I was a smaller eater to start with so the doc said I'd not drop a lot on it :(
