Take your Vitamins, meeting all your food/protein/liquid requirements is very important to reduce Hair loss. There's also hair treatments/shampoos that can help that. & if your hair is dry/damaged, for heaven's sake, cut out the heat styling- flat iron/ rollers/ curling iron/ blow dryer- as much as possible! Baby Beluga 10 Posted September 21, 2012 Your funny with the "should I buy a wig"... high lights are usually safer because they dye just a little last the root and the chemicals don't get into the scalp as much...
