SleeveShelly 75 Posted September 20, 2012 I had my sleeve on 9/12 and I just got put on puréed foods today because I am doing so well. I have not gotten sick, I have felt great since I left the hospital!!! I was thinking that too about hoping I still do well being able to tolerate stuff so well. Heck, right now I am earring puréed chili made with ground chicken and melted shredded cheese on top!!!! 1 xavtay2 reacted to this

Cyntha DelTorrro 10 Posted September 24, 2012 I'm 9 weeks out and have had a similiar experience. The only issue I have is when I eat too much or too fast. I logged all my food during the first few weeks, but stopped for a stretch and that's when I began to worry about my ability to consume anything. Would this be my downfall in the long run? I was still losing weight, but I began to imagine a myriad of ways that I could screw the whole thing up. So, I started tracking my food again, this time using myfitnesspal.com (free, easy) and I now feel much more in control. Using a food tracker helps me monitor many more aspects of my diet than when I was just trying to keep track of protien in my head and avoid carbs. I'm now more conscious of sodium, Calcium and other important factors in my overall health. Will I always track my food? Probably not. Right now if my weekends are busy and I don't get a chance to log my food with my phone or laptop I don't sweat it. Given that most of us have tried many times in the past to lose weight and failed, our capacity to doubt ourselves is enormous. Ignore the doubt. We can't trick ourselves into thinking we can't do this. 3 preetyfatchic, ndeekill and LawDiva312 reacted to this

I still eat to fast sometimes so I'm trying to be careful with that. How are you feeling after or during eating?
ready4change77 88 Posted September 25, 2012 Hey, I'm drinking ok most if the time but seems like everything I eat gets this stuck feeling for a few seconds & then goes away - I want that feeling gone - I want it to feel like I did before I got sleeved... Other then that my left side still hurts but those are my only 2 issues... Glad you are eating well... Sent from my iPhone using VST

A few times I've puked up about a teaspoonful or 2 back up :/

It's so annoying - I hope it subsides for all of us soon... Sent from my iPhone using VST

I think it's normal (and kind of cool ;p)
