Yes it's possible. You'll need to eat right, make sure you get lots of Protein, and exercise regularly. But you can do it!

Im at 233, hoping I can get to around 200ish by December, Ive been losing sooo slow lately though.

Me too! I finally got down to 229 and it keeps going back and forth from 229 to 230 231. Can't seem to get past that 230 area :/

I just got to 233 I'm so happy now got to take these 33 pounds before my bday
