Ready4success 380 Posted September 19, 2012 Hello everybody, I asked my NUT if I could do 30g of Protein in the morning with a shake (Premier Protein) and the other 30g in the evening (Kroger CarbMaster yogurt 8g) mixed with 1/2 packet of Syntrax nectar 14g) for 22g and I would fit in a glass of skim milk somewhere for the last 8g. She said it was best to space it out over the course of the day, because all of the Protein would not be utilized if I ate so much at one time. Did any other NUTs say this? I think she just wants me to do it her way, and with my schedule, it's not possible. By doing it this way, I'm getting more than 60g because I'm eating foods with protein throughout the day also. Should I cut out the Yogurt and nectar? I obsess over this more than I ever did over food. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
