TamaraS 235 Posted September 19, 2012 Does anyone know if it is ok if I use the soy Protein I bought instead of the whey protein? Met with the nutritionist already so I can't ask her. O.T.R. sleever 3,386 Posted September 19, 2012 Soy falls into the better than nothing category. Soy has an incomplete amino acid structure and contains estrogen. Your body is already being bombarded with estrogen being released from fat stores. If you are looking for a plant based alternative to whey, I'd suggest the Protein blend from SunWarrior or you can look into hemp protein.
