Soy Protein Vs Whey Protein?

Does anyone know if it is ok if I use the soy Protein I bought instead of the whey protein? Met with the nutritionist already so I can't ask her. I am not sure if there is even a difference big enough to cause concern?

Mine said either one because it appears the whey doesn't like me lol

Soy Protein is fine. In some cases it is preferable.

Soy falls into the better than nothing category. Soy has an incomplete amino acid structure and contains estrogen. Your body is already being bombarded with estrogen being released from fat stores.

If you are looking for a plant based alternative to whey, I'd suggest the Protein blend from SunWarrior or you can look into hemp protein. These ate both complete protein sources.
