greenfamily004 172 Posted December 14, 2013 Sugar is the enemy!!! I ate a cupcake the other day for the first time in a long time and boy did I regret it... Heart went to racing. I didn't like it and I know it was the sugar. teatimed 23 Posted February 2, 2014 Help! I was sleeved on Sept 24th 2012 and have been in a 2 month stall. I exercise 3-4times a week. My food choices are not always the best but I don't eat much of it. Is anybody going through the same thing? Were you able to get over the stall? What did you do? Momofthing1thing2thing3 116 Posted February 4, 2014 I've been in a stall for months. Totally not uncommon. Not gaining weight, (except at that TOM -- and it goes back down)...but not losing either. teatimed 23 Posted February 4, 2014 Green & Mom: I started the Protein Shakes yesterday. I'll try that for a week and see how it goes. Hopefully it will kick start some kind of weight loss. greenfamily004 172 Posted April 30, 2014 Hello everyone!!!!!! I think we all need to check in and see where we are???? Let me start us off. I'm up a few pounds and need to gain control now. I've been struggling with maintaining my weight for a while now. I find it easy to eat junk. chips and cocktails have not been my friend. I told my husband today that I must work harder. I've worked to hard to get here and don't want to see my weight slowly creep up. I need to weigh myself more often to stay on top of this gain. teatimed 23 Posted May 25, 2014 TamaraS, I started at 333 lbs and now weigh 212. I can't seem to get back on track! I still don't eat much in one sitting but I graze all day long...and not the foods I should be eating. I am exercising which is the only reason I'm not gaining back any weight.
