suepeeps 230 Posted April 20, 2013 I wasn't getting enough veggies. I am lazy. I admit it. I didn't want to chop up the veggies every day. I saw something on Pinterest (Such an addicting site) and tried it. It worked great!! I took canning jars and made salads for the week. I added chicken or shrimp, eggs, cheese, and lots of veggies. They were fresh every day! Loved it. I found an awesome new store. It only sells olive oil and balsamic vinegar. I tried their best sellers quite sure I wouldn't like it... Chipolte olive oil and Dark chocolate balsamic vinegar. OMG It is awesome on salads!! This broke my latest stall and put me in Onderland!! When I stall it is for a long time and then all of the sudden I will lose 5-7 pounds. crazy!!

Its crazy!!! I eat tons of veggies too and i honestly dont count Protein etc. I just make sure that i eat some at every meal. 3 N/A, newgrandmother and mlkthomas reacted to this

The nut just say up your calories. I am very uPset by this. I eat Correctly' date=' exercise Water please hel0!![/quote'] Hi ladies. I think my stall might finally be moving. I weighed 157 back at that time then bounced at 161/160 for 5-6 weeks. Then yesterday 159 and today 158. So hoping! I didnt get online much during this time stalling as it was going on for so long. I have a question regarding ovarian mass if anyone knows anything. A kidney stone last Thanksgiving had an MRI pick up possible left ovarian mass. A following ultrasound didnt see it due to stomach gas, but indicated the uterine lining being thick which my nurse said could be either menopause or cancer. A recent CT scan didnt say anything about the lining bit did confirm the ovary mass. My surgeon recommended an ob gyn for my primary dr to refer me to and my appt is may 6th. Do you have any info on this and also what impact following surgeries may have (if any) on our weight loss progress?
mknmore 7 Posted April 24, 2013 Well I have stalled for the last 2 months and just ignored it since I've been working out more. I have been between 157-160 but have went down from a 12 to a 10. So have just been going w the flow... Yesterday I was admitted to the hospital and will be having gallbladder surgery today at 3pm...the surgeon said that this is common in people who lose a lot of weight in a short amount of time...so the only positive is that I will be on a liquid diet for a couple of days and hopefully can lose a few pounds during my recovery. I had mine out in 2004...i was eating normal that afternoon after surgery. I wonder y you need to do a liquid diet? Anyways the surgery is easy peasy and i was fine in a day or so. Good luck! My CA 125 ( blood test for cancer ) came back highly elevated. He went in and removed the entire ovary and praise god it was benign! Keep thinking positive and prayers are sent up for you. I'm not sure how it will effect your diet. However the surgery for me was just about more recovery than really not eating or eating. I would say for me ( I recover slowly) it was about two weeks before I was walking and or working out ect. 1 N/A reacted to this

I'll know more following the dr appt and the recovery time sounds great!
