Okay guys, at week seven and started this week with nausea. Haven't had any until now so unsure if this is my stomach finally waking up?

It's possible. Talk to your doctor about an acid reducer if you're not already on one. You may also want to have a pregnancy test. Our fertility rates go up exponentially when we start dropping weight for some reason. ;)
