2 Months Post-Op And Questions

Recommended Posts

So, today marks two months for me! I am so happy I did the sleeve and my progress. I've lost 40 pounds and am personally pleased with my stats. So I was wondering how much you lost at two months?

And I also want to see if I'm eating too much! I eat no more than two ounces. But I ate a whole corn tortilla with 2% shredded cheese. Am I doing it wrong? LOL

Please be honest guys!!

Thanks!

I'm down 64 at two months, but I think that is on the high side for VSG.

I don't know that I'd necessarily be eating tortillas- that's a lot of carbs for me.

My weight started out at 256. Since I'm only eating around 500 calories a day, I wasn't concerned with carbs so much, but I think since I'm able to eat a little more I'm going to cut down on carbs and increase protein!

Today is my two month mark. I'm down 35 since surgery day, but I lost almost 40 before surgery, so I always add that to my total. Because I can. ;)

Oh, and I probably average 900-1,200 calories per day with 100-150 grams of Protein. I do cardio and/or weights 5-6 days per week.
