FishingNurse 1,211 Posted September 17, 2012 I think smoothies are good the first month. They saved me! I couldn't do Protein Drinks. I was still less than 800 cals a day that month. By 3 months I was 1200 a day. Most of my weight loss phase at 1200-1600 per day, Now maintaining for 5+ months At 2000 cals per day. I am of the side of this site that some people shun me for .... Eating carbs, eating way more cals than most and having carbonated Water daily and a few weekly beers. It's working for me.
