Today is the day that I'm getting back to jump starting my eating plan. The scale has gone above where it dared to go and dammit, it's going the other direction now, so that means I'm going to be eating clean healthy foods right now. Yep, the first 2 days are going to be Protein Shakes, broths and more Proteins. No more nibbling here and there. Really cleaning the whole house out of junk that somehow made there way into my kitchen. Time to refocus my attention back to keeping a careful food journal with my fitness pal. Does anyone want to join me? :)

I'm there, Ms Thing!! :) I've found that I do better when I take Sunday off my eating plan, though. I add in foods I don't have time/inclination to eat during the week. I still exercise 7 days a week, but I may let some "bad" stuff in on Sunday. The rest of the week, I'm so darn busy that I barely have time to keep up with what I am supposed to do.

I've fallen off on tracking with MFP, so I'm restarting on that as of today, too.

I'm with you Ms. skinniness. I've been doing the same thing...nibble here, nibble there and before you know it you're going in wrong direction. I don't want to go back to that so I'll join you on MFP. I finally figured out how to input my meals so that helps.

        Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...

      Lost my Pup last month and struggled really hard for that first month. Stopped tracking intake and slid into old habits here and there. Also quit working out. Can't walk in the neighborhood because of all of the memories we shared. Losing my Pup is the most heartbreaking thing I've ever been through. My Pup was my world 💔
      Talked to my doc during my one year followup and they were not worried about my current status. They know, and I know, that I will get back on track.

        I'm so sorry. I lost my pup (Mr. Bitters - a chocolate Pomeranian) 2 years ago and it still makes me tear up. He was my everything - my constant companion. I understand. Do the best you can to get back on track.
