AliveAgain 283 Posted September 20, 2012 You will chuckle, but my favorite is chocolate Avocado pudding. It's best when you are 3-6 months out, depending on your doctor's allowance of fats and some carbs. All in moderation, you won't be able to eat as much as you might think, but it's great for sharing. My husband scoffed at first, now he's asked me to make it multiple times! Ingredients: 1 medium-large avocado, soft and ripe 1 teaspoon vanilla 1/4 cup unsweetened, dark cacao (chocolate) powder 1 tbsp REAL HONEST TO HEAVEN maple syrup 6 tablespoons milk (coconut, cow or any type of milk you prefer) 1-2 scoops chocolate Protein powder Instructions Cut avocado in half and remove pit. Scoop out flesh and put in in the blender along with remaining ingredients. Add Protein Powder last after a few pulses. Process until smooth, occasionally scraping down sides. Serve immediately or refrigerate until you're ready to serve.

SummerMarie 89 Posted November 4, 2012 Where do you buy the powdered Peanut Butter? You should be able to get it at any grocery store. Sometimes the organic section
SummerMarie 89 Posted November 4, 2012 How is injury powder? I have been using Isopure. They don't have strawberry but the chocolate and vanilla isn't bad.
dadici 21 Posted November 4, 2012 I like it, but I haven't tried the Isopure to compare it to. The chicken flavor taste like ramen, which I enjoy. I don't care for the chocolate unless I add an extract to it- but I haven't liked any of the straight chocolates I've tried without a flavor, so I wouldn't read too much into that. Ms.DLH 42 Posted November 6, 2012 @Summer, Unjury is good. I didn't care for the strawberry sorbet. The chocolate classic & vanilla are good, splendor is really sweet. & Unflavored is good for mixing w/ foods/soup. 2 BabyHuey and SummerMarie reacted to this

Trishn 5 Posted November 7, 2012 Where do you purchase the SF syrups from Well, if you're lucky enough to live near the one and only Jungle Jim's International Market in Fairfield, OH, they carry nearly every flavor of Syrup that Torani makes. If not, you can order from their website: www.torani.com. They have 34 flavors just of the sugar free syrups, not to mention all their other ones. Happy hunting!!!
