My surgery was july 25 2012, pre op i lost 14 on my liquid diet and now in total im at a loss of:::drum role please:::50pounds!are you freaking kidding me!!?!!nearly fainted when i looked at my scale.i cant begin to explain just how happy i am.went on a hike yesterday...actually fit in a movie theatre seat...all my clothes are to big...i go out in public and atleast feel like i blend in alittle more...went down from an f cup to a triple d which has been SUCH relief on my back...So much more!!!i love this lifestyle,and every little thing that comes with it.
