mrsnate 55 Posted September 16, 2012 I'm just curious if anybody else has the same situation. I'm 5'6 but when I'm sitting I'm actually taller than my husband who's 6'! I'm wondering how this affects my sleeve size and my "goal" in the end? Anyone else?
Ms skinniness 3,003 Posted September 16, 2012 I am curious, even if you have a tall torso and your height is 5'6", then how would that make you 6'?
dexter 205 Posted September 16, 2012 She's saying he has a long body and I'm guessing shorter legs. I'm the same way. My husband is taller than I am standing. But sitting down, my torso is longer so it appears that I am taller. I wish I knew the answer to the OP's question. I've read on here our pouch may be a bit bigger or our stomach may be longer than others. But honestly, I haven't a clue. Not sure if it really affects anything except finding decent fitting tops!! Ha!
dexter 205 Posted September 16, 2012 And that first sentence should be a 'she' not a 'he'.
mrsnate 55 Posted September 16, 2012 Yes, Dexter is right! I have a long body and short legs. Unfortunately I inherited this from my dad. He's 5'9 but when he's sitting he's taller than everyone in the room. Oh well, it was just a thought. I imagine my goal weight my be a little more than someone with long legs and a shorter torso.
