I buy the prepopped corned...3 cups has 150 calories...so I have about 1/2 to 3/4 cup and it makes me happy dappy! Halfthewomen our stats are close. I had surgery on July 18, and I'm 5'9". Scaredy Cat 92 Posted September 24, 2012 Target sells a specially designed popcorn bowl. You add a tiny bit of oil ( or you can spray with Pam) and popcorn kernels. The microwave does the rest. It is soooooo much tastier that bagged microwave popcorn and its so much better for you. I use spray butter and salt.
