mom2five 292 Posted September 14, 2012 My surgeon requires 3 months of supervised diet before surgery. It's not the insurance requirement but his requirement. He said programs like Weight Watchers and Jenny Craig count. I haven't done that but I do have about a month and a half of Myfitnesspal from earlier this year. It's detailed with everything I ate and the nutrition information and all my workouts. It has my weight info too. I wonder if he would accept that as part of my 3 months and shorten my diet that I'm on now so I can have surgery sooner. Did anyone else use myfitnesspal for their proof of diet? mom2five 292 Posted September 14, 2012 Ok thank you. :-) I printed it out and I'm going to take it with me to my next appointment. I'll see if they will use it. 1 TamaraS reacted to this
