This is the book my NUT recommended also recommended weight Loss surgery for dummies. That was about $25 at chapters, haven't checked online

Of course it doesn't include sleeve pts... Guess its written too long ago but on side it gas serving guidelines for Lapband bypass ds.... Weeks 1-4 if recommended and weeks 5 +
