Tomorrow is day 3 of my liver shrinking diet and I would like to change up my shakes a bit. Does anyone have any Protein Shake recipes that we can use on the LSD?

I used the Premier Protein drinks from Sam's or costco. They're cheap, and taste pretty decent for a Protein Shake. Also, Chike has some pretty good flavors. You can order samples online at www.mybariatricpantry.com. Good Luck!

i guess you get liqiud LSD and add it to your shake thats what i call a Protein high!...trippy!
