Is there a recipe book out for weight lose surgery people? looked around on goole but didnt really come up with much. I really like to cook and want something to look forward to cooking after the surgery.

Even has stages of weeks!!!! Written by lap band pt! Some awesome ideas in it! I ordered off Amazon for 10 bucks and just got it today!!
