I know op wasn't trying to "pad" issues- I for one was certainly in denial about everything that was wrong coz of my weight!!!!! I actually have very low bp all the time and no pre-diabetes or chol troubles but my doc said sometimes these symptoms don't happen and your heart just gives out "like that". It took excruciating sciatic pain to kick start me and only now do I admit all the other problems that have been stacking up!

I think this is as good as a bucket list: not only doin want to do more, I want less of this bad stuff!!! Good luck all!!!
