robbie_rotten 56 Posted September 11, 2012 I had the procedure done 10th May 2012 & have lost 35kg, for the 1st few months I had endless amounts of energy however over the past month I've got literally no energy & feel as lazy as I was presleeve. Could it be my diet? I've been eating what I want (mostly carbs) & have had probably more nights on the booze than I should however I'm still losing weight, just have no energy that's the worst thing I loathe..... I do 30 for morning tea & probably for Breakfast. Would you mind telling me what your average daily eating plan looks like? lollyfidy1965 402 Posted September 12, 2012 Breakfast: 8oz chocolate Muscle Milk Lite AM snack: 1/2 an Atkins bar (Mudslide usually) Lunch: 1/3 cup tuna salad and 1/4 cup fat free cottage cheese Afternoon snack: something with at least 15 grams Protein, and no more than 5 grams carbs Dinner: 2 oz lean meat and 1/4 cup non-starchy veggie PM snack: Gelatein 20 (high-protein jello) I have other options that I alternate, but that's pretty typical for a day.
