Sheree 10 Posted September 13, 2012 I started to notice that my muscles felt like I need to stretch all the time. I was talking to my cousin who does Cross-fit. He told me that since I was doing low carb, I needed to add B-12. I wanted to post this in case someone else was having this same problem. hi, my nutrionist prescribed 500 mcg. (sublingual) e. day. I took that for a while BUT have increased to 2500 mcg e. day and feel SO much better! I have read you cannot overdose on B-12 and my G.P. agreed. I get the cherry- pretty yummy!!! VSGJean 68 Posted September 13, 2012 I always keep crystal light packets in my purse (for when I'm tired if water) and I carry my trenta Starbucks cup everywhere I go to measure my Water intake, u can do it! Have you tried Kellogg's Protein Water mix? It's like Crystal Light, but it has 5 grams of Protein. At my Wal-mart they are with the Protein shakes. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
