Cramp?

I was sleeved on Aug 27. I'm feeling good until I lay down at night. When I lay down I feel this pull under my left ribs. It's like a cramp in the stomach but really high up. Has anyone else felt this? Is it normal?

Yes, I remember having that pulling pain... It went away at about 3 weeks :) the internal stitches are pulled tight, but dissolve and then the pain goes away...
