Is it me or are the liquid diets as tasteless as Optifest. Thank goodness for Mrs. Dash and cracked black pepper.

I survived the first day, 13 to go.

Hope it's not too late, but I bought the choc protien shakes from costco (30 grams protein). They taste great! And I hate diet shakes, they all taste yucky to me, but seriously, these are ood!

I am on day 6 of my liquid diet and have 4 more to go . I also use the premier protien shakes from costco and your right they do taste great ... They have worked for me , surgery is monday ... good luck to you

Day 4. Not really getting easier, but not any worst. I have 10 days to go.

Day1 liquid diet. Have to stock up on Jello , pudding, fudgecicles! On sale at stater bros! I made it so far....

Day 6 liquid diet I cheated a little!! On day two I ad a small salad, on day 5 I had restaurant minestrone and tried not to eat the vegetables. I also took a huge bite of buttered bread. Today I pinched a tiny tiny piece of salmon. Omg! How much longer ..... I've been trying to be good, for the most part I have followed docs orders.
