Two New "cupcakes"

Recommended Posts

Wonton wrappers freeze well. Just make sure there isnt any frost on them when thawing or they will be soggy.

I feel so off from being able to eat ANYThing right now. Just sleeved and sipping Water and Isopure grape - dear God will I ever be able to eat one of these? This is hard but I'm hopeful after reading this post! thanks for sharing

OMG...I just went to Emily Bites and found a cupcake called Hawaiian Barbecue, the ingredients remind me of a barbecue chicken pizza, yumm! I think I'd better stock up on wonton wrappers, I think I'll be making a lot of these in the future. I can even see my picky children liking these. :)

I have been making Hawaiian BBQ chicken ones with a light BBQ sauce...shredded chicken breast, pineapple, scallions, and some sauteed peppers and onions... cheddar cheese on top...YUM.

I'm just starting my full diet and need something quick for lunch-these look perfect! I'm going to try some this weekend. I'm thinking a wonton cupcake with a little turkey and Thanksgiving diner sides (potato, veggie, cranberry, etc.) could be awesome for leftovers after turkey day next week!

I created my own pizza cupcakes and they were delicious. Could only eat two but it was like eating real pizza. Be creative....it's worth it.

I just made taco dip cupcakes. Cream cheese, salsa, Mexican shredded cheese on top. 7 grams of Protein per cupcake, and oh so yummy!! And I also made a take on the ricotta bake...same thing in a wonton wrapper. Perfect for lunches!

My refrigerator killed over this week and I lost about 30 cupcakes.... ugh... I had Lasagna, Mexican and Buffalo chicken. Now I have to start over with my collection of grab and go lunches. I love the cupcake concept.

They freeze REALLY well too.

I only use 1 wonton wrapper. It decreases the carbs for those of us who need to eat really low carb. I use lots of cheese to help bind the food.

Hi everyone! I’m brand new here. I just went through all my pre-op requirements per my insurance company and now everything has been submitted and I’m just waiting for final approval and my surgery date. I’ve been doing research, watching YouTube videos, TikTok’s, ect.. trying to prepare my mind and what to expect so I’ll be ready for the surgery. I was so sure and so set and so ready and excited. However, now that I’ve done everything & it’s almost here, I am sooooooo scared! I know why I want it bc I’ve tried everything and I just don’t feel like I can lose weight by myself. I’m tired of being overweight my entire life. I’m miserable, but I keep psyching myself out afraid of GERD bc I know how that can be and I don’t want to have to get a bypass after already gaining the courage to even get VSG. I’m scared of complications like I’mgoing to regret doing it and be depressed that I didn’t just be more disciplined and try again to lose the weight on my own even sitting here typing this knowing in my mind i just can’t and don’t possess the discipline. I’m also afraid I won’t be able to handle the restrictions of the sleeve. What do I eat? I don’t know how to eat healthy really and don’t enjoy healthy food. I don’t know how to do this! I feel so defeated!Someone tell me they felt anything similar to this or am I not ready? I thought I was. I am so tired of being sick and tired and so tired of myself and so tired of being stuck and stuck in this body and somebody different on the outside from what I feel inside. I just want to ball up and cry.

Had a sleeve in 2017, lost over 100 pounds. Had a DS surgery this year (2025) for more sustainable weight loss. 🤞

The 14th was my day. I am home and recovery is going pretty smooth. They even let me walk out of the hospital. Picture of me in recovery curtesy of my boyfriend lol.

Neat you have a pic of this day! I was sooo happy to get my surgery. It was well worth it! And I'm not even near my goal. I had surgery Dec. 2!
