Jennifer got voted off, Minnesota, I'm with you, I love that show.

Jennifer??? Who's that? LOL Crap, I still don't know who got kicked off....but at least I found a fellow fan. :clap2: Normally they show it on the news, but they've been following a police chase for the last hour. I hate when they do that crap!

Hey Kirsten,

It was Shanna Moakler that got voted off. I guess she didn't have the fan votes cuz I thought she danced better than Harry Hamlin: )

I thought that Miss USA was Shanna....not Jennifer. LOL I'm not suprised to see that Willa was back in the bottom this week. I thought the first week she did great, but ended up in the bottom. I'm cheering for Emmit...LOL

Oooh how I love, love, love this show! I think Joey Lawrence and that guy from Saved By The Bell are AWESOME! I think either of them could be professional. I thought that about Joey Lawrence last week too. I think he might be the best on the show and I like his upbeat personality. He could eaily be professional if he wanted to.

I love Emmitt Smith too. It's very surprising to me that the men are much better than the women. Maybe the men's parts are easier to do? Well, it all looks hard to me!

Of the women I think Vivica Fox is pretty good and the youngest woman, I forget her name, the pretty Black woman. They are the best two of the ladies.

That show makes my life worth living.

Ok, Come ON! JERRY JERRY JERRY!!! Luv Emmit & Joey!

LOL I am actually very suprised about Jerry. I thought he'd be much worse. He's definitely not the best, but he's not as bad as I expected.

Mario just needs to follow the rules. If he doesn't I am afraid he is going to get booted. He is so good and why he would 2 weeks in a row break the rules is beyond me. Actually, his partner needs to reel him in a little. Joey is awesome too! and Again, Jerry Jerry Jerry! I think he will make it one more week and I would really like to see him do the Waltz. I too look so forward to watching this show. I think this is my new most favorite reality show.

Have a great week!

Day 1 of pre-op liquid diet (3 weeks) and I'm having a hard time already. I feel hungry and just want to eat. I got the protein and supplements recommend by my program and having a hard time getting 1 down. My doctor / nutritionist has me on the following:
1 protein shake (bariatric advantage chocolate) with 8 oz of fat free milk 1 snack = 1 unjury protein shake (root beer) 1 protein shake (bariatric advantage orange cream) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein bar 1 protein shake (bariatric advantace orange cream or chocolate) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein soup (chicken) 3 servings of sugar free jello and popsicles throughout the day. 64 oz of water (I have flavor packets). Hot tea and coffee with splenda has been approved as well. Does anyone recommend anything for the next 3 weeks?

All I can tell you is that for me, it got easier after the first week. The hunger pains got less intense and I kind of got used to it and gave up torturing myself by thinking about food. But if you can, get anything tempting out of the house and avoid being around people who are eating. I sent my kids to my parents' house for two weeks so I wouldn't have to prepare meals I couldn't eat. After surgery, the hunger was totally gone.

I have my final approval from my insurance, only thing holding up things is one last x-ray needed, which I have scheduled for the fourth of next month, which is my birthday.
