I had the sleeve down on thirsday. I am finding it so hard to drink let alone get the 64 oz. that I'm suppoed to. so frustrating

I was also sleeved on Thursday. I had a hard time getting my liquids in. Just keep sipping... I slept so much it was hard to get it in. It is much easier for me today.

I am feeling fantastic!! How about you?
