This is a very short easy read. I also passed it along to loved ones, so they would have a better understanding of what I would be going through.

I agree with JD13! I got Weight Loss surgery for Dummies (this years version) it mentions the Sleeve. The Cookbook is also good to have. I will have to look into the Sleeved Life. Thanks for the recommendation.
