nikic408 8 Posted September 8, 2012 Hello. I had my band removed on 9/4 and now have been experiencing bad back pain directly behind the site where my band was at. Has anyone else experienced this? bandita 16 Posted September 10, 2012 I had the left scapular pain when i had the band and honestly did not know that the band was the cause until i had it removed and the pain dissappeared. When you have your vsg make sure you tell your surgein about your shoulder pain because obviously there is an innervation of nerve and it seems as though maybe it is entrapped in scar tissue.
