So far so good. Lost 6lbs in 3 days. Protein shakes are binding me up!

Good to hear that u are doing well on the pre op diet:) 6 lbs is a great start! When is ur surgery?

Surgery sept 19 drs lopez and osuna in Puerto Vallarta
