COsleeveDude 273 Posted September 7, 2012 You can do basic things like walking right away, just don't kill yourself with pace or duration. Six weeks until you can lift over 20 lbs.
xlr8ahead 40 Posted September 8, 2012 Sorry I can not answer. I was just wondering what power plates are. The power plates are a new craze.you stand on them and they vibrate your body at different speeds.10 mins on these is meant to be the equivelent to 1 hour in th gym ? sunshyneqtie 73 Posted September 9, 2012 I thought that might be it. I have one at home ( very helpful for sciatica). I call Mine a Jiggilator. I was wondering if they were allowed too. Not right after, but maybe a few months after? Wonder if it would help tone. Let me know if you get an answer.
isajck 229 Posted September 9, 2012 I was allowed treadmill or recumbent bike use at 3 weeks. At six weeks I was given a full release by my doctor. 1 stillie40 reacted to this
