Found A Great Yogurt

I ran across a great yogurt for sleevers who don't like Greek yogurt. It's Kroger Carbmaster. One six ounce container is 60 calories, 8g Protein, 4g carbs and 1.5g fat. Really great flavors and inexpensive.

I agree it is wonderful. I really like the texture and they have many flavors.

If you don't have a Kroger nearby, think Smith's-- they are owned by the same people and carry many of the same or similar products.

I like the Carbmaster - just wish they would make the Mixed berry in Carbmaster. Kroger has a good Lite Yogurt also that is 80 calories but not low carb and I love the Mixed Berry - usually get the Carbmaster and then get a few Kroger Lite Mixed Berry also.

Gooood yogurt. i switch between that and Greek all the time. I have yogurt almost every day.

I love the carb master too! Also really enjoy dannon light and fit Greek yogurt can't remember all the stats but I do know it was 80 cal and 14 grams of Protein and I'm think 8 or 12 carbs!
