SweetSusie1 89 Posted September 7, 2012 So my new NSV that I would have never thought would change... Being at 474 I used THREE pillows to sleep comfortably... All underneath my head... Well at 84 lbs lost, I realized my neck was killing me, removed a pillow and I've now slept two nights in a row with only two pillows and I'm so happy and comfortable! It's the random little things! Happy Friday 5 Izuri, Chelle68, nyxa and 2 others reacted to this

nyxa 159 Posted September 7, 2012 that is awesome! lol i use 2 memory foam pillows, 2 regular pillows & another one that i rest on my arm & then lay my head on top of it.. i can't sleep on my back (can't breathe), i have to sit up and/or be on my side.. so.. usually sleep in a recliner or on the sofa, propped up against the arm. :/ i just bought a new memory foam mattress, too.. and can't even use it, because i can't lay down flat. it sucks. :/ so IMO, using less pillows is AMAZING! lol you go girl! <
