Muscle Milk ?

I drank 2 muscle milk light Protein Drinks a day for 3 weeks pre-surgery. They are lactose free...so I didn't have to pop an enzyme everytime I drank one. Loved the chocolate.... the vanilla not so much! I couldn't drink the EAS brand.... they tasted chalky and tinny to me. Funny how we all have different tastes. I do like the designer whey powder though.

i have heard the same thing that muscle milk is no bueno. costco has a Premium Protien ready made with 30g of protien per drink. Best i have found. Cheap too a case goes for 25 for 18 giving ~$1.40 each. They taste great and have chocolate and vanilla and soon strawberry.

So Far it is the highest protien count in any one drink.

Ooh I'm going to give this a try. Gotta love costco. They have cases of Chobani Greek yogurt (cheap) that is high in Protein too

only time I would recommend muscle milk is in a bind because you can buy them cold at circle K
