green 6 Posted September 21, 2006 I've just been doing lots of Soup (Gardenay), apple juice, and yogurt along with Vitamins and clacium supplements. I am hoping that the yogurt will cover my Protein needs. Speaking of that, I bought some low-fat sour cream dill dip today. I figure I can do with a break from tzatziki. diane5467 0 Posted September 21, 2006 Whoah! Did it really take you that long? I just got unflavoured and chocolate, I think... maybe a strawberry sherbert. 20g of Protein per serving, right? Did you get unflavoured? Is it really unflavoured? Is it gritty? Mandi I ordered and got it in about a week and a half. May depend on location. My nutritionist advised me to try it after I had many others that caused problems or simply tasted like rust in a can. I have never tried any of the others mentioned but will give them a shot now.
